Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be skilled in digital marketing tools, data analytics, and content creation and have a strong understanding of audience targeting and digital trends.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, monitor and plan campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media, and display advertising.
SEO and SEM: Optimize website and campaign content for search engines and manage paid search strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute engaging digital assets, including blog posts, social media graphics and videos.
Analysis and reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring alignment with KPIs and suggesting improvements.
Social Media: Manage and grow the company's social media presence, scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance metrics.
Marketing Automation: Set up and manage email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and workflows using platforms like HubSpot.
A/B Testing: A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize performance and improve ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and design to align digital strategies with broader business goals.
Innovation: Participate in product development analyses and contribute to the launch of new products through specific communication actions

* Animate the social networks in collaboration with the countries and the corporate team
* Present regular dashboards on the activity
Responsibilities:
* Bachelor's in business or marketing or equivalent experience
* At least 2-4 years of experience ideally in the construction of software industry
* Experience with marketing automation tools, like HubSpot
* Experience in SEO
* Experience in digital and social media activation strategy
* Strong analytical skills, including a track record in leveraging data to generate insights to feed into marketing campaigns
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Business Manager
* Knowledge of marketing content creation tools
* Digital and social media strategy experience
* Working knowledge in MS Office, including a solid command of Excel
