We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our digital campaigns, translating big-picture strategy into actionable, results-driven execution across paid social, Google search, display advertising, and CRM platforms.

From crafting compelling messaging to tracking campaign performance, you'll collaborate across departments to ensure our digital efforts are aligned, integrated, and measurable. What You Can Expect

* Drive Digital Campaigns: Help plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads (search & display), and more.

* Support CRM Strategy: Contribute to the planning and execution of customer relationship management campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty.

* Analyze + Interpret: Dive into performance metrics to evaluate what's working, what's not, and what's next-helping shape smarter, data-backed strategies.

* Cross-Channel Collaboration: Align digital campaigns with organic social, traditional media, and brand messaging for a cohesive voice across platforms.

* Internal Comms & Stakeholders: Assist in delivering digital strategies that resonate with both internal teams and external audiences.

* Integrated Marketing Planning: Work side-by-side with internal partners to develop coordinated strategies that support high-level organizational goals.

* Stay Sharp: Leverage advanced knowledge of market demographics, legal/regulatory digital compliance, and competitive landscape to fine-tune campaigns.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
* Four (4) years' relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

* A solid foundation in digital marketing-either through hands-on experience or formal training.

* Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools.

* A creative mindset and a love for numbers.

* Strong collaboration and communication skills-you work well in a team and love bouncing around ideas.

* Passion for staying on top of digital trends, tools, and techniques.

* A natural curiosity for consumer behavior and the marketing funnel.

Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing efforts and plans for assigned digital platform(s) including paid social media, Google search and display advertising in conjunction with the Manager Digital Marketing, and other department leaders. This role supports the planning and implementation of customer relationship management platform campaigns. This role is also responsible for supporting the collection and interpretation of insights from digital marketing measurement efforts.

* Responsible for the support and implementation of marketing plans in the digital realm and ensuring alignment with traditional media efforts.

* Assists with messaging in the paid digital space in conjunction with organic social media efforts, traditional media placements and overall strategy of the organization. 

* Participates in the execution of digital plans to support communication strategies to internal and external stakeholder groups affiliated with the organization.

* Collaborates with colleagues inside and/or outside of the department to develop integrated work plans to support higher-level initiatives.

* Analyzes, evaluates, and reports outcomes and effectiveness of initiatives.

* Demonstrates advanced knowledge of regional customer demographics, scope of service, competition, and physicians; incorporates market data/characteristics in digital plans.

* Demonstrates advanced knowledge of legal/regulatory issues related to posting of information and receipt of information via website and other digital platforms.

* May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
