				Overview:

As a Digital Health enablement Manager you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

This role is primarily responsible for enabling (i.e., evaluating, validating, readiness for implementation maintaining, enhancing) Digital Health (DH) data capture systems supporting clinical trial activities. The incumbent would primarily be required to provide a level of subject matter expertise in system implementation, validation, maintenance, and issue escalation

Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

* Supports consolidation of business user requirements for each respective DH capability
* Assist in planning and execution of the validation qualification process for each supplier system
* Supports DH system onboarding and change control deliverables, reviewing System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) documentation, including supplier release notes and memos
* Help with DH data decision, standardization, integration, and ingestion landscapeGather early DH needs by continuous alignment on, support and enhancement of DH system requirements from business stakeholders
* Manage DH capability/supplier Intake requests to enable fit-for-purpose implementations
* Support development and management of end-to-end DH governance framework and associated documentation
* Establish and manage content of outward facing DH communications 
* Participate in strategic projects implementing new DH capabilities
* Lead projects and/or workstreams actively engaging team members from start to closure
* Use project management tools for lean execution of a project
* Analyze and document complex client business requirements and processes; communicate these requirements to appropriate parties
* Continuously evaluate roadmap of each technology/vendor to align with the existing/future landscape and adjust/escalate where needed
* Interact with other application team leads which have interfaces with our DH applications

Qualifications:

You are: 

* Bachelor's degree (University degree) or equivalent education/relevant experience required
* At least 2-3 years of operational experience in clinical trials with a pharmaceutical company and/or a CRO is required
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical development processes, global clinical operations, and strategic planning is required
* Demonstrate a passion for digital technologies and how these are implemented in clinical studies
* Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices for supplier management is required
* At least 6 years of operational experience in clinical trials with a pharmaceutical company and/or a CRO is required.
* Experience working for/with DH capability suppliers is preferred
* Experience in developing use cases, user interface specifications and user requirement specification documents
* Ability to lead a project team independently
* Flourish in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent problem-solving skills, capacity to manage multi-project completion under short deadlines, demonstrate decision-making, presentation skills and the ability to communicate with clients and end users
* Ability to quickly understand complex systems and be able to explain them to varied stakeholders
