Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Experience Manager to help us build extraordinary web experiences for all the communities the Y serves in Greater Seattle. In this role, you will work closely with teams across YMCA of Greater Seattle to help develop content and online experiences that engage and build community across our online channels - web, mobile apps, video, social, and email. You will help represent the voice of our online customers through data analysis and research. You will also collaborate with the creative, marketing, and communications teams to bring our customers' stories to life in creative, engaging, and scalable ways online. This position combines content creation and distribution, with online user experience optimization, to deliver cohesive digital journeys that reflect our mission and values to benefit the communities that the Y serves.

Hiring range: $83,000-$90,000/annually
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate in regular working sessions to develop content that drives audience engagement across online channels
* Distribute and publish compelling content that tells the Y's story and drives engagement across digital platforms
* Ensure all online content is respectful and reflective of the diverse communities the Y serves
* Seek and represent the voice of the customer using web analytics, surveys, and qualitative feedback to continuously improve the online experience of the communities the Y serves
* Monitor audience engagement metrics to track performance against goals and adjust tactics as needed across online channels
* Develop and run hypothesis-driven optimization tests to increase member acquisition and visitor engagement (e.g., A|B testing)
* Use data and metrics to back up assumptions, test hypotheses, and evaluate results
* Translate desired customer experience outcomes into logically sequenced product roadmaps in collaboration with leadership
* Work across teams and functions to manage and remove roadblocks to meet all content production timelines
* Write complete and detailed requirements to ensure clear communication among all project and content production participants and collaborators
* Communicate project statuses regularly to all stakeholders
* Deliver excellent and scalable customer experiences across online channels
* Work with marketers and content creators to publish and maintain content on seattleymca.org
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and execute web experiences that drive member acquisition, event awareness, and promote YMCA programs and services

Code of Conduct for Applicants
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3+ years of experience in digital content production, product management, or digital marketing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organization and project management skills
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills - you use data and metrics to back up assumptions, test hypotheses, and evaluate results
* You seek to build awesome customer experiences, challenge the status quo, and reinvent on behalf of our members and customers
* Prior experience with content management systems (Drupal) - managing users, workflows, permissions, and templates
* Prior experience with web analytics, SEO, and A|B testing
Preferred Education and Experience:
* 5+ years content production or product management experience with a strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies
* A strong online portfolio of recent work that shows experience creating content solutions that drive audience engagement
* Self-starter that can work effectively and efficiently with limited direction and information
* Strong working experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps
* Strong strategic instinct, with proven ability to define business strategy and supporting product roadmap
* Excellent customer experience intuition, with proven ability to create user-friendly web experiences
* Experience working with remote web development teams in an agile development environment
