Overview: * Functional Management: Own the functional management of The Fresh Market website and mobile app, ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively. * Business Requirements: Create, own and manage all functional business requirements for The Fresh Market website and mobile app, ensuring thoughtful and detail-oriented documentation of business needs that align with goals and objectives. * Primary Marketing Contact for IT: Serve as the primary marketing contact with IT for website and mobile app functional management, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. * User Journey Flows: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop user journey flows that drive business results and deliver exceptional digital experiences for our guests. * Digital Presence Management: Manage the digital presence for all store location data across the internet, ensuring accuracy and seo effectiveness for visibility. * Managerial Leadership: Manage the Digital Marketing Coordinator, providing direction, support, feedback, and mentoring to ensure individual and team success. Responsibilities: QUALIFICATIONS At a minimum, what you'll need: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in digital experience management, preferably in the retail sector. * Proven track record of managing and enhancing websites and mobile apps to deliver exceptional user experiences. * Strong understanding of and skills using GA4 and Google Tage Manager * Experience leveraging Algolia to drive on-site search conversion * Understanding of UX best practices skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. * Excellent organizational and project management skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications: * Experience with website and app management for retail or grocery stores. * Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. * Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
