Overview: PRN; Days 3 shifts per month minimum requirement !!$10,000 Sign On Bonus!! Plans and provides patient nutritional care; performs nutritional assessments, calculates nutrient needs, and educates/counsels patients/families; and participates in the development or revision of departmental policies and procedures and in planning and conducting in-service education programs. Functions as a member of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition care plans based on the patient's diagnosis and individual needs. Responsibilities: * Functions in direct contact with patients, health care staff, and physicians, and the general public, maintaining good relations with all. * Uses various computer systems, including EMR, Online Nutrition Care Manual, MS Office, etc. High level user of healthcare information systems. * Works independently and with initiative to seek information to coordinate activities and follow through on tasks. Qualifications: Education: * Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics * Dietetic Internship or CDR approved equivalent Experience: * Experience with computers * Experience with patient nutrition care * Experience with customer service License(s)/Certification(s): * CDR Registration as Dietitian * Iowa & Illinois Licensure as Dietitian *Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs. The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
