Responsibilities:

As our Dietitian, you will provide expert nutrition care, developing and implementing individualized plans to improve patient health outcomes.

Every day you will clearly communicate nutritional data across all systems and participate in health team meetings as the resident nutrition expert.

To be successful in this role, you will integrate robust clinical expertise with empathetic, evidence-based care, consistently adhering to professional standards and fostering effective communication with patients and healthcare teams.

* Conduct nutrition assessments for at-risk patients; provide MNT by identifying problems and clarifying causes.
* Develop and implement individualized nutrition intervention plans aligned with medical goals, prescriptions, and self-management training.
* Evaluate effectiveness and measure progress of MNT interventions.
* Plan patient menus and write modified diets.
*  Assess educational needs and provide nutrition counseling for individuals and groups.

Shift: Days

Student loan repayment program as well as relocation assistance offered!

Qualifications:

Required

* Oregon State Registered Dietitian
* Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition or related area.
* Completion of a didactic program in dietetics and supervised practice program approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE).
