Overview: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus! 1st Shift, Mon-Fri, rotating weekends Plans and provides patient nutritional care; performs nutritional assessments, calculates nutrient needs, and educates/counsels patients/families; and participates in the development or revision of departmental policies and procedures and in planning and conducting in-service education programs. Functions as a member of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition care plans based on the patient's diagnosis and individual needs. Responsibilities: * Functions in direct contact with patients, health care staff, and physicians, and the general public, maintaining good relations with all. * Uses various computer systems, including EMR, Online Nutrition Care Manual, MS Office, etc. High level user of healthcare information systems. * Works independently and with initiative to seek information to coordinate activities and follow through on tasks. Qualifications: Education: * Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics * Dietetic Internship or CDR approved equivalent License(s)/Certification(s): * CDR Registration as Dietitian * Iowa & Illinois Licensure as Dietitian *Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
