Ideal Candidate: Minimum one year food service experience or customer service One to three years experience working in a healthcare food service environment is preferred. One to two years college level courses in nutrition can be substituted for healthcare food service experience Responsibilities: * Support the Organizations Vision, Values, & Strategies. * Serve as the departments customer relations personnel. * Participate as a active team member for the department. * Adhere to policies and procedures established by various hospital, departmental, environmental, State and JCAHO regulations. * Serve as the departments quality assurance personnel in regard to food monitoring.Act as information liaison between patient and dietitians. * Record patient preference for meal preparation. * Instruct production as to the specific item and quantity of each food item to prepare. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED
