Overview: POSITION SUMMARY: The Device Technician will act in the patient/physician liaison role under direct supervision of a Physician. Specifically, this the Device Technician will administer appropriate tests and treatments and provide patient follow up care in relation to implantable devices. This position will be responsible for device data collection and surveillance. Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Knowledge of 12 lead EKG and cardiac arrhythmias by experience in a Medical Physician office. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 2 years physician office experience * Familiarity with EKG/arrhythmia interpretation * Knowledgeable of implantable devices.
