Responsibilities:

We are looking for a high-energy go-getter who possesses strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in logistics management to excel in our fast-paced environment of device lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for Device lifecycle management including; intake, tracking, distribution, shipping, acquisition, and reporting of all test devices
* Manage the process of distributing SIM cards, both internally and externally
* Own SIM inventory management, including budgeting and ordering 
* Fulfill approved internal requests for test devices promptly
* Conduct bi-annual audits of device and SIM inventory to reconcile assets
* Updating device firmware for distributed devices to ensure they are on the correct firmware
* Follow, and improve procedures to remove excessive devices from inventory, recouping costs
* Work closely with the finance team to ensure device requests are necessary and within the approved budget
* Showcase the ability to work independently, staying organized while contributing effectively to multiple responsibilities and tasks
* Maintain excellent records to provide accurate reports with minimal notice
* Schedule and facilitate various meetings focused on device projects and team updates
* Assist in managing team budgets and financial responsibilities
* Various Ad Hoc tasks required to support the Device Engineering leadership

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* A bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, business administration, or related field of study
* Three or more years' experience in mobile product certification, inventory management, and process improvement

Skills and Qualifications:

* A positive can-do attitude coupled with the ability to focus on the task at hand
* Familiarity and confidence in handling substantial financial duties
* Effective communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and shipping carriers
* Flexibility to adapt to changes in requirements, such as new acquisitions or updates to tracking systems
