Join a dynamic R&D team focused on developing the next generation of analytical instruments for the separation and characterization of macromolecules. These instruments support critical applications in pharmaceutical and vaccine development, materials science, and polymer research. The role involves working with advanced analytical techniques such as static and dynamic light scattering, differential viscometry, electrophoretic mobility, and refractive index detection. You will also contribute to the development of field-flow fractionation systems for precise molecular and particle separation.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the design and development of new products.
* Assemble prototypes and conduct performance testing.
* Prepare detailed test reports utilizing statistical methods and graphical analysis to evaluate performance, repeatability, accuracy, and manufacturability of prototypes and production units.
* Support troubleshooting efforts for manufacturing issues.
* Assist in drafting product specifications, as well as test and quality control procedures.
* Contribute to the preparation of documentation related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
* Collaborate with customer support teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Excel, Mathematica, Mathcad, Origin, or similar software.
