Currently we are looking for a DevOps Engineer 3 Part of the Ops-readiness & performance team, the DevOps Engineer 3 collaborates within the engineering organizations with various other profiles such as developers and test engineers. Her/his goal is to deliver great value to the rest of the engineering organization so that delivering software is faster and easier. The DevOps 3 engineer demonstrates great productivity, enthusiasm and pro-active mindset. She/he feels comfortable sharing insights and is eager to contribute to constant improvement of solutions and processes. Responsibilities: * Implement and maintain pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery. * Collaborate with development teams to smoothen and speed up delivery. * Spread the "devops" word to ensure culture of Devops is embraced beyond the sole Ops-Readiness & Performance team. * Develop and maintain automation for infrastructure and applications deployments. * Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance of applications and infrastructure. * Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure & pipelines issues. * Trigger and close feedback loops on service availability issues and performance degradation. * Ensure security and compliance requirements are met. * Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer * BS or MS in Computer Science or related field * Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS (GCP & Azure appreciated) * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Bash. * Comfortable with git & skilled with CI/CD tools like Github actions. * Advanced knowledge of automation tools Ansible and Terraform. * Production grade experience with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and its ecosystem * Experience of monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus & Datadog * Understanding of Unix/Linux systems and administration practices. * Pro-active mindset. * Obsessed with automation and profound dislike for manual operations. * Proficiency in Performance testing practice is a big value added. * Fluency in English Hyland's Offering We're proud of our culture and take employee engagement seriously.
