				Overview:

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a fully onsite role at Manitowoc Cranes in Shady Grove, Pennsylvania. This position offers hands-on support in a dynamic enterprise environment and requires daily on-site presence.

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, wireless devices, firewalls/routers, printers, monitors, projectors, and peripheral devices.

* Install, upgrade, and support Microsoft Windows operating systems (XP - 10).

* Install, upgrade, and support Microsoft Office suites (2003 - 2019).

* Perform software and hardware installation and maintenance.

* Troubleshoot and install printers and related equipment.

* Image, update, and patch laptops and desktops.

* Provide support for remote connectivity and mobile devices.

* Resolve issues related to Active Directory desktop integration.

* Monitor ticket progress and maintain communication with end users.

* Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and efficient IT support environment.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of overall IT support experience.

* 1 or more years of recent desktop support experience, including installing, upgrading, and managing Microsoft desktop environments and network equipment.

* Experience with Active Directory integration.

* Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-connected devices.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
