Desktop Deployment Technician

				Overview:

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Deployment Technician in the Middletown, PA area.

Responsibilities:

* Provides technical customer service support via in-person, phone, and email
* Troubleshoots and provides laptop upgrade support to end users 
* Supports both technical and non-technical end users
* Escalates advanced issues to the appropriate team members

Qualifications:

* Associate's Degree or 1 year of relevant experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of software products
* ITIL Knowledge
* Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software systems
* Ability to communicate and work with others effectively
* Working knowledge of PC hardware configurations and troubleshooting
