Responsibilities:

What You Will Be Doing:

* Diagnosing problems and technical issues and determining proper solutions
* Utilizing SCCM and JAMF to image Windows and MacOS hardware
* KVM usage and maintenance
* Inventory Management
* Device Provisioning
* Accomplishing the above tasks and other to-be-determined responsibilities in an independent manner, with little supervision

Qualifications:

Must Have

* Basic understanding of Active Directory, including how to search for users and devices, move devices to proper Ous, assess group membership for provisioned access requirements, and deleting devices.
* Basic understanding of Microsoft SCCM, including how to search for users and devices, and how to navigate Users Collections and Device Collections.
* Basic understanding of JAMF, including how to search for users and devices and how to navigate Users Collections and Device Collections.
* Ability to understand and subscribe to inventory management processes.
* Device Maintenance experience, including internal component replacement of elements including SSD, RAM, and Motherboards.
* CompTIA A+ certifications in Computer Hardware, Operating Systems, and Networking.
* Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and with a positive attitude.

* Ability to respond to requests and needs confidently, and with a sense of urgency, while multitasking.
* Coachable and inherently curious, and eager to learn.
* Ability to work 100% onsite in Pontiac, Michigan.
* Must be able to work 11 AM - 8 PM.
