				Overview:

The Deputy Project Manager, USRAP Program Operations (DPM Programs) is responsible for overseeing strategic refugee processing programs, initiatives, and collaborations within the Refugee Processing Center (RPC). This role involves working closely with the Refugee Operations Manager (RefOps Manager) and RPC Policy, Planning, and Training (PPT) Manager to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with PRM organizational goals, guidance, and systems. Reporting to RPC Leadership, the DPM Programs plays a key role in forecasting trends, fostering partnerships, and enhancing RPC project performance.  The incumbent in this position will be required to work on our client's site a minimum of 3 days per week.  The remaining 2 days can be worked from a remote location.

Responsibilities:

* Maintains a thorough and current awareness of RPC, RSC, and RA policies, plans, initiatives, and developments that impact or otherwise influence USRAP partners PRM stakeholders.
* Provide analysis and recommendations to RPC Leadership on refugee processing forecasts and operational gaps.
* Facilitate communication and maintain USRAP stakeholder relationships to support RPC program operations objectives.
* Leads meetings with USRAP stakeholders to discuss policy, process, and system change.
* Oversee RPC RefOps Manager to address RPC operational challenges and strategic plans.
* Oversee the RPC Policy, Planning, and Training (PPT) Manager and provide recommendations and guidance on RPC, RSC, and RA policies, processes, trainings, and communications.
* Collaborate with the RPC Deputy Project Manager for Development Operations (DPM, DevOps), to streamline cross-operational processes and provide technical and operational expertise on START, Data, and Security SOPs.
* Support RPC Project Manager in RPC project quality assurance, staffing performance, and knowledge management and learning.
* Coordinate with USRAP partners, particularly RSCs and RAs, to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
* Assist in predicting trends and providing recommendations for RPC project performance.
* Ensure alignment with RPC development goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

* Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance is required.
* Master's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience is required.
* Minimum of five (5) years of progressive management experience.
* At least ten (10) years of hands-on experience in similar work.
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
* Strong strategic planning and collaboration skills.
* Ability to analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Familiarity with refugee processing operations and USRAP policies.
