Overview:
***This position is physically located in Greenville, SC in support of LOGCAP***
Deployment Coordinators are required to manage N-m IRDO classes and class schedules at their own discretion. Deployment Coordinators are required to make judgement calls each week which can directly impact processing times and force flow of candidates, which include scheduling, administrating and tracking all aspects of Non-Military Individual Replacement Deployment Operations (N-m IRDO) Government and Company required pre-mobilization training and requirements. Deployment Coordinators are required to maintain a program of instruction that is in compliance with USG requirements and will handle training document retention to maintain preparedness for audit response. Deployment Coordinators will work closely with Recruiting, Government Systems and Strength Management to ensure candidates are prepared for mobilization and to promote maximum effectiveness and efficiency of the N-M IRDO. #LI-TM1
Responsibilities:

* Manage all N-M IRDO training requirements under minimal direction from the N-M IRDO lead and HR Director to ensure all employees meet Company and Government requirements before deployment to appropriate AOR
* Coordinates with Hotel Vendor to ensure room availability managing invoices and ensuring all N-M IRDO expenses are properly reviewed and processed in a timely and compliant manner in accordance with the approved Scope of Work
* Responsible for presenting to large groups of employees at the N-M IRDO
* Manage a training program to ensure all candidates are in compliance with USG requirements prior to mobilization
* Responsible for developing and ensuring all government compliance requirements are met for the N-M IRDO training classes
* Responsible for handling any mobile N-M IRDO requirements for CONUS and OCONUS requirements
* Responsible for managing the visa processes with the appropriate company vendor
* Oversee and track candidate forecast to project class sizes and ensure pre-N-m IRDO requirements are met
* Develop and Create training schedules for weekly N-m IRDO classes
* Work closely with all company departments that are involved in the N-m IRDO to ensure POI is up to date and company requirements are being met
* Establish and maintain close relationships with local Common Access Card (CAC) issuance facilities
* Consistently track USG training requirements and update N-m IRDO POI as necessary
* Work closely with Government Systems team to ensure all CACs and LOAs are submitted / approved for forecasted candidates
* Assist Government Systems Team with SPOT / TASS entries as required
* Request travel for incoming N-m IRDO candidates
* Request mobilization travel for N-m IRDO candidates once all pre-mobilization requirements have been met
* Maintain historical training records IAW company and USG document retention policies
* Assist with VISA processing for candidates for respective deployment locations
* Develop and administer training presentations and briefs as required in accordance with government requirements
* Administer Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP) training and complete ISOPREP forms while remaining in compliance with all Vectrus Security and NISPOM guidelines
* Assist business travelers with completion of pre-mobilization training requirements
* Assist business travelers with LOA/CAC/VISA issuance
* Coordinate vaccinations with Medical Team
* Transport candidates to and from CAC issuance facilities and other locations as needed
* Job duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
* Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must be able to obtain DoD SECRET Clearance: Current Active Clearance preferred
* Must be able to travel internationally with minimal notice
* Must be able to operate a 15-passenger van
* MANDATORY JOB QUALIFICATIONS for Vectrus LOGCAP positions:
* As a precondition to charge more than 50% of their time to LOGCAP, must be able, willing and ready to deploy to domestic and international locations, including on a temporary basis and / or as a member of the Vectrus Rapid Deployment Team (RDT). These locations can include austere, remote, and hazardous areas where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
* Experience:
* Two years experience in a Deployment Coordination role or in a Deployment Center environment
* Past experience supporting USG contracts preferred
* Experience in international travel
* Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel etc.)
* Comfortable in a public speaking role presenting informative briefings to groups of up to 100 attendees
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to professionally interact with persons of various social and cultural backgrounds
* Ability to perform efficiently and effectively in an environment with frequent changes in workload and demand
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Travel:
* Ability to travel approximately 20% of work time, to include both domestic and overseas locations
* Working Conditions:
* Office working environment requiring prolonged sitting and extensive keyboard and computer operation
* Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to sit/stand for long extended periods of time. Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
