Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for Project Manager to join our Deployable Communication Team. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Information Technology (IT) Project Manager to support the Deployable Intelligence Communication Equipment (DICE) Program Manager (PM). This position will be located in Hampton, VA and will be an onsite position with occasional remote work. Responsibilities: The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the DICE PM with projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that project objectives are met on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects. * Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. * Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment. * Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines. * Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results. * Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. * Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. * Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting. * Equpment Manger to manage the DICE program IT Equipment Custodian (ITEC) * Assist in the management of DICE Communication Security (COMSEC) as alternate COMSEC Resposibilty Officer Qualifications: High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience * Clearance Required: TS/SCI * 6+ years of IT Project Management experience * Ability to work independently and within a team environment * Ability to host meetings with Microsoft Teams collaboration tools * Experience with Air Force ITEC and COMSEC * Project Management Professional certification Preferred Skills and Experience * Deployed Experience with DoD communications systems * Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, DCGS or other DODIN Networks * ASelf-motivated team player with an ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels * Ability to function in a fast-paced dynamic environment #NSS #DL
