				Overview:

Provides secretarial and administrative support to the Director Quality and Clinical Effectiveness and staff which includes Quality Improvement, Infection Prevention, Clinical Informatics and Risk Management.

Responsibilities:

* Attends monthly/quarterly/bi-monthly meetings and transcribes meeting minutes.
* Distributes and prepares meeting documents. 
* Manages/coordinates calendar meetings, room reservations via Outlook.
* Creates spreadsheets/presentations/correspondence as needed.

* Maintains department documents related to DNV/DIA.
* Maintains department documents for staff. 
* Maintains department records related to staff. 
* Manages/edits/distributes Quality newsletter. 
* Provides physician reappointment assistance/ support. 
* Facilitates document control processes
* Acts as department timekeeper - UKG entries / submission

Qualifications:

Experience: 

High school graduate or GED equivalent required

Education:

Two years secretarial experience required
