Responsibilities:

* Reviews and manages operations to ensure the quality of the technical products.
* Establishes effective long-range objectives, goals, and plans for assigned team.
* Provides technical and management leadership to the assigned team.
* Develops marketing program in conjunction with discipline goals.
* Advises and assists professionals in other groups when expert knowledge and expertise is required.
* Manages activities so an adequate profit is earned on all projects.
* Reviews monthly productivity and man-hour utilization-rates, reports and makes adjustments as needed.
* Assigns projects to staff and schedules work.
* Evaluate Employee Performance in accordance with company policy.
* Oversees assigned staff development and advancement.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
* 12+ years in related field.
* Professional licensure in area of expertise.
* Demonstrated effective leadership across large groups of employees.

* Strategic thinking.

* Effective delegation skills.

* Collaboration.

* Ability to hold others accountable.

* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
