Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will: * Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes. * Partner with Owner Dentists within the region for coaching and mentorship. * Expand your skills with extensive CE opportunities. * Collaborate with in-house specialists to deliver the best patient outcomes possible. * Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records. * Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
