Overview: *4 or 5 day workweek* Baystate Dental is hiring a Full-time Dental Hygienist to work with our amazing team in our state-of-the-art facility, located in Northampton, MA 01060. Schedule Mon-Fri or Tue-Fri (8:00-5:00). No nights or weekends required. We are currently utilizing hygiene lasers; 3D printers; Primescan; Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), a game changer in the hygiene world; and Overjet AI. You'll have the best technology to provide your patients with top quality care! To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start, the candidate we hire will be offered a short training program, so when they begin to see patients, they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team. Previous experience is always a plus but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The Hygienist we hire must have an active Hygiene license for the state of Massachusetts. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance * Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care * Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed * Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations * Follow sterilization and infection control protocols Qualifications: Qualifications: * Associate or bachelor's degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program * Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) * Local Anesthesia certification * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort Legal Disclaimer: We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
