Overview: *SIGN ON BONUS * Baystate Dental in Chicopee is growing and we're hiring a part-time or full-time Dental Hygienist to add to our amazing team. Part-time employment offers: * Competitive Pay: $44-$53 per hour * Hygiene coach for support and mentor-ship * Free CE's through classes we offer and/or reimbursements * 60 minute appointments * State-of-the-art facility * Strong clinical team to work with * Training to ensure successful start Full-time (in addition to the above) offers: * $5k Sign on Bonus * Comprehensive Benefits package * Paid time off (1 wk 1st year, 2 wks 2nd year, 3 wks after 5 years) * Paid holidays Baystate Dental is a well-established, successful practice, where we truly value our hygienists and the important role they play in our success. We are currently utilizing hygiene lasers; 3D printers; Primescan; Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), a game changer in the hygiene world; and Overjet AI. You'll have the best technology to provide your patients with top quality care! Previous experience is great but we also welcome new hygiene grads to apply. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance * Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care * Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed * Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations * Follow sterilization and infection control protocols Qualifications: Qualifications: * Associate or bachelor's degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program * Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort Legal Disclaimer: We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
