Overview: Baystate Dental in Chicopee is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. The hygienist we hire will provide a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. We are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health. Position Overview: As a Dental Hygienist at Baystate Dental, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, all while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority. Great for new grads! We understand the importance technology plays in providing top notch dental care, and strive to keep up with the latest. We are currently utilizing hygiene lasers; 3D printers; Primescan; Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), a game changer in the hygiene world; and Overjet AI. You'll have the best technology to provide your patients with top quality care! Previous experience is always a plus, but we also welcome new hygiene grads to apply as well. Must have an active hygiene license for the state of MA. New grads must be applying for license soon. Local anesthesia an Laser certification preferred. Responsibilities: * Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care * Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols Qualifications: * Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in dental Hygiene * License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) * Certifications: Local anesthesia certification & laser preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort Legal Disclaimer: We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
