Overview: ** $5000.00 SIGN ON BONUS ** Hodosh Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry is currently looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our amazing team at our office located in Providence, RI 02907. This is a full-time position working Monday-Thursday. * Competitive compensation * Monthly bonus opportunities * Comprehensive benefit package (medical, 401k, and a host of supplemental policies) * Paid time off (1 week in 1st yr, 2 weeks starting 2nd year, 3 weeks for years 5+) * Paid holidays * Free CE's through classes we offer and/or reimbursements * Support and mentor-ship for new grads * 1 hour appointments Previous experience is always a plus but we also encourage recent hygiene grads to apply as well. The Hygienist we hire must have an active hygiene license for the state of RI. New hygiene grads must be applying for license soon. Responsibilities: * Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care * Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols Qualifications: * Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in dental Hygiene * License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort Legal Disclaimer: We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
