We're currently seeking a Data Specialist to support our Home Health CNA Team, ensuring that critical data translates into quality care for patients in their homes.

* Manage and maintain vital databases that directly support our Home Health operations.
* Enter, organize, and secure information with precision and confidentiality.
* Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot system issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
* Extract and import data to support reporting and decision-making.
* Train and support team members on system usage and data procedures.
* Be a behind-the-scenes hero helping our care teams operate at their very best.

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Two (2) year's experience.
Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the Data Specialist 2 is responsible for providing administrative support for a database which supports a system.
* Performs a variety of advanced administrative and support services for a database which supports a system.
* Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
* Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
* Organizes and enters data into appropriate databases.
* Maintains and ensures the integrity and security of one or more databases.
* Trains other staff as users of the system.
* Extracts data as needed for reporting requirements.
* Imports data as needed.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience: 2 year's experience.
