Data Engineering Team Lead

Key responsibilities:
* Lead and develop team members to their full potential.
* Break down business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
* Provide recognition and regular feedback.
* Coordinate team efforts to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
* Ensure high-level stakeholders' satisfaction.
* Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices, and be a technical advisor to clients.
* Lead presales and delivery engagements as a Technical Lead.
* Estimate the effort required to deliver a solution.
* Support team members in professional development.
* Be a professional and technical role model for other team members.
* Make work environment interesting, engaging and fun.
Qualifications:
* Expert experience in a Data Engineering and/or BI Engineering role.
* Strong experience in the Azure Data technology stack and/or Databrics.
* Proven experience in a Team Leader or Tech Leader role with 3+ years in a direct leader role.
* Working experience in agile environments applying SAFe and Scrum frameworks.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent in Polish and very good in English.
* Snowflake experience is a plus.
* AWS experience is a plus.
