Are you passionate about turning data into powerful insights that drive strategic decisions? 

Enterprise Mobility is looking for a Data & Analytics Services Director to lead the transformation of how our organization uses data to generate actionable insights and make informed decisions. 

This strategic leadership role bridges business needs and technical capabilities, by way of collaborating across business units, product teams, IT and analytics to design and deliver innovative, insight driven solutions. These solutions will embed actionable insights into business intelligence tools and applications to support business decision making and unlock business value.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include: 

* Transform Reporting Experiences Apply design thinking principles to evolve static reporting into dynamic, user-centric tools that deliver clarity, context and actionable insights.
* Leverage Advanced Analytics Integrate analytics and data science techniques to uncover trends, generate predictions, and provide strategic recommendations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with teams across the organization to identify high-value opportunities for data-driven decision-making and insight generation.
* Discovery & Facilitation Lead discovery sessions to understand decision-making processes, pain points, and success metrics, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals.
* Portfolio Rationalization Drive simplification by rationalizing existing reports and tools, focusing on fewer, better solutions that accelerate decision-making.
* Performance Monitoring & Iteration Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and usage data to continuously improve effectiveness.
* Change Management & Adoption Promote date literacy and a culture of insight-driven decision-making through communication, training and stakeholder engagement.
* Governance & Prioritization Align projects with organizational governance processes, privacy, and data platform standards to ensure initiatives are prioritized based on business value.

Qualifications:

Required:

* Must have a Bachelor's degree 
* Must have ten or more (10+) years of experience in operations support or a business leadership role with demonstrated success in gaining consensus across departments and teams
* Must have ten or more (10+) years of experience using data/reporting to make strategic decisions
* Must have ten or more (10+) years in Business intelligence development, Business analysis and ML/AI
* Must have ten or more (10+) years in coding, ETL, and relational databases
* Must have five or more (5+) years in a supervisory role
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
