Join SoftwareOne's Data & AI team, where we help organizations transform the way they use data to innovate, grow, and make smarter decisions. You will be joining a collaborative, high-impact business area working closely with customers across various industries and supporting our Account Management teams in delivering modern, scalable Data & AI solutions.
Role Purpose
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their AI journey. You will shape solution designs, support the sales cycle with technical expertise, and ensure smooth collaboration between Account Managers, technical teams, and customers. Your work directly contributes to identifying, qualifying, and landing new solution opportunities across both existing and new accounts.
What you will do
* Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to translate business objectives into Data & AI solution designs.
* Architect end-to-end data pipelines-from ingestion to storage, processing, visualization, and user interaction.
* Provide technical leadership across Data Architecture, AI methodologies, and solution design.
* Recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that support scalable Data & AI initiatives.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Business Analysis, Delivery) to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Solid experience in a Pre-Sales or technically focused customer-facing role.
* Proficiency across Data & AI capabilities, understanding the different data stores and ability to choose the right AI solutions.
* Understanding cloud application development, API-based integration, and modern data architecture.
* Knowledge of transformation of the processes and workflows into the scalable AI solution.
* Ability to translate business needs into reliable, efficient, and scalable technical solutions, drive and build PoC.
* Language: English and Slovak/Czech on full proficiency level
