Responsibilities:
* Position requires maintaining dealer skills.
* This position is responsible for promoting outstanding guest service.
* As a dealer, must have the ability to deal multiple games as listed above while ensuring game protection in accordance with policy and procedures. Position requires that cast member be able to fill in as a supervisor when needed.
* As a Casino Supervisor, has the ability to supervise dealers, protect the integrity of the game at all times, assist guest when needed, enforce procedures related to games. As the supervisor, must be able to accurately complete any and all necessary documentation needed to properly track guests' play and issue complimentary, within set guidelines.
Qualifications:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the Hollywood from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Cast Members with irregular attendance will be subject to Hollywood disciplinary action procedures up to and including termination of employment. Due to the cyclic nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Cast Members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. Upon employment, all Cast Members are required to fully comply with Hollywood policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of company facilities. Cast Members who violate company policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Cast Members of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables, in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations. Ability to work in a drug free environment and pass a chemical dependency test as required.
