Credence is seeking a Defense Travel System Support Specialist (DTS) in support of Army INSCOM/FINOPS (704th MI BDE) at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Responsibilities:

* Review DTS transactions and provide desk-side support and help desk customer support with DTS technical assistance.
* Provide support as required for immediate assistance.
* Process newly assigned/departing personnel in DTS and provide administrative support.
* Ensure approving officials and reviewers are appointed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Prepare documentation to recommend appropriate funding to Lines of Accounting in DTS
* Review and process Incoming DTS Authorizations/Vouchers and submit to Government personnel for validation.
* Support the Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA)
* Maintain Accounting of Travel Expenditures
* Conduct reviews of Travel Vouchers
* Process newly assigned/departing personnel in GTC program, process GTC credit applications, and create/modify user profiles within Citi Direct
* Ensure that approving officials and reviewers are appointed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Assist in GTC account maintenance, and provide desk-side, email, and phone technical assistance with GTC related issues.
* Prepare monthly reports and plan, coordinate and provide DTS training.

Qualifications:

* Must have active TS/SCI clearance.
* Has a minimum of 2 years' experience providing DTS Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA) support
* Preferred: Associate's Degree
* Substitute 5 additional years of DTS ODTA experience for an associate's degree and Travel Certificate Program Certification
* Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience and knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Financial management Regulations (FMR), Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) Regulations.
* Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military/civilian officials, managers, and subordinates
