				Overview:

This position is physically located in Balad, Iraq

Under the supervision of the DPW Manager, the DPW Coordinator will perform a wide variety of administrative and coordination duties related to all aspects of the Projects Team. The Project Coordinator will provide support to project supervisors, construction managers and engineering personnel for the development of technical documents to include, but not limited to SOWs, RFPs, ROMs, technical volumes, LOTD's and Project Field Surveys (FS's) / Risk Assessments (RA's). The Project Coordinator will be required to track projects, costs, schedule and performance as needed, as well as provide document control in Share Point and MS Outlook. Production of specific reports such as the Project Daily Situational Report is essential.

Responsibilities:

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

* Assist and/or perform coordination of site visits, inspections and meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders. 
* Facilitate meeting agenda preparation, take minutes, produce and distribute final meeting minutes inclusive of on-site meetings.
* Assist in developing and/or producing documents to support and complete Tier A, B and C projects and LOTD's.
* Provide document control, filing and distribution of project and LOTD related internal and external documents, including but
* Provide updates for the daily and weekly situational project status report.
* Work within the Maximo system to support accurate work order and accounting records for all projects and other activities
* Process installation badge packets inclusive of maintaining and monitoring badge trackers.
* Populate and provide document control in MS Outlook and Share Point folders files and folders.
* Liaising with all project stakeholders to ensure process continuity.
* Populate, maintain and monitor various trackers, such as a submittal tracker.
* Establish and populate project closeout files per contract requirements.
* Monitor project documentation for contract compliance.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Qualifications: 
* Three (3) years of similar experience in the construction industry is required, such as project controls, construction administration or similar positions

* OCN Qualifications/Experience Requirements: 
* Must have experience in data processing and/or record keeping. Must have a working knowledge of project management in the construction industry.
* Must be able to read/write and speak English.

* Skills:
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Word.

* Computer, Cell Phone, Vehicle, and other office equipment

* Working Conditions
* The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity.
* The worker is subject to atmospheric conditions. One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation.
* The worker may be required to spend extended time in a computer room environment
* Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, dusty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months).
* Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.

* Physical Requirements
* Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
* Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
* Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
