				Overview:

Information Technology Services team members are responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle, including; knowing what information systems are within their scope of responsibility, understanding what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed on those information systems, enforcing the security principles of least privilege and least functionality, knowing what events may constitute an information security incident, and understanding their role in security incident response activities.

Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge of healthcare IT and the ability to drive the delivery solutions that enhance value to the business capability.  This includes planning, requirements management, deployment planning, and change management.  Must be able to work in a high-speed collaborative environment and quickly to adjust and adapt solutions to meet expectations of capability owners.  Ability to leverage principles of agile and waterfall project framework and collaborate across teams for planning, team learning in the form of reviews and retrospectives, and adaptation of the process to ensure quality of team/solutions. Ensures the tracking and reporting of daily activities.  Responsible for removing impediments that prevent a team from completing the work it has negotiated for a given sprint.

Qualifications:

* Education: High School Diploma Required. Bachelor's Degree Preferred 
* Experience:  Minimum of one year project/product management, minimum of five years overall IT experience required.  Minimum of two years healthcare experience preferred.
* Additional skills required:  Business analysis, product/project management, or product development. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
* Additional skills preferred:  ScrumMaster Certification (CSM) or equivalent.
