SALARY: $21.85 - $25.00 per hour, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU's compensation plan. RVU's full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials. Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the program director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and handling correspondence. * Coordinate program activities, including admissions, student registration, and program evaluation. * Assist with developing and maintaining program policies, procedures, and guidelines. * Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student files, program statistics, and budget reports. * Provide logistical support for program events, such as meetings, conferences, and workshops. * Assist with developing and implementing marketing and recruitment strategies for the program. * Serve as a liaison between the program and other departments, institutions, and organizations. * Manage program budgets and expenditures. * Provide excellent customer service to program stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
