Overview:

Responsibilities:
* Previous airline ground operational experience
* Proficient in basic computer programs
* Multi-task on a computer, with multiple programs and systems operating at once
* Effectively communicate to a variety of internal and external work groups, often in time critical and stressful situations
Preferred Experience:
* Experience with AA network systems and operational tools
* Experience working at an airline hub
* Understanding of an airline hub operation control center
* Previous airline operational leadership experience
* Working knowledge of DFW airfield and ground operations
* Strong knowledge of airline performance metrics and nomenclature
Qualifications:
This role requires the ability to deliver results that contribute to our operational performance in Dallas, TX, by working in a fast-paced environment with multiple work groups. The role requires a strong work ethic, a high degree of accountability, initiative, and ability to build relationships with internal and external colleagues.
This is a full-time position and starts at $25 an hour and increases to $34 based on SkyWest experience.
* Work alongside Envoy and AA personnel in the Station Operation Center for the Dallas, TX (DFW) hub as well as associated vendors.
* Support the SkyWest Airlines operation in DFW by communicating with the SkyWest OCC and local department management.
* Possess the ability to document and maintain detailed record keeping of any safety or performance trends that arise.
* Advocates for SkyWest Airlines best interest by promoting a safe and reliable operation in DFW by escalating different issues in real time involving gate assignments, aircraft towing, crew movement, and other airport operations functions.
* Attend daily performance and safety meetings
