Responsibilities: The Cytogenetics Technologist performs routine and specialized activities related to the operation of the Cytogenetics laboratory including microscope analysis, tissue culture, cell harvesting, karyotyping on a variety of tissue specimens (bone marrow, blood, tumor tissues). Qualifications: * Appropriate experience in lieu of certification may be considered. * Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with internal and external * Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to identify problems and offer solutions * Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and respect opinions of others.
