				Overview:

Hayward Holdings Inc. Hayward designs, manufactures, and markets a full line of residential and commercial pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heating, cleaners, salt chlorinators, automation, lighting, safety, flow control and energy solutions at our company owned facilities. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China. This position is based in Clemmons, NC.

Position Overview:

Responsible for thorough continuous cycle counts of inventory in a timely manner, researches for all data available to resolve discrepancies and adheres to proper inventory and storage procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Initiate cycle counts daily for all areas of Flow Control.  This process includes ensuring all cycle count groups are completed daily or within 24 hours and row counts are current and stay on schedule.
* Perform physical counts on items identified and document results per item and location.
* Review system activity during cycle count operation to ensure movements have not occurred impacting locations counted.
* Perform final confirmation of counts/updates to locations. 
* Document resolution to variances and keep record.  Review findings and make prevention recommendations to department/site management.  
* Using AS400 Inventory, BOM, and Sales and Shipping transaction history and associated paperwork (BOLs, receivers, packing lists, etc.), review out of tolerance counts for the purpose of identifying potential causes of inventory discrepancy.
* Maintain records of locations counted daily, monthly, quarterly and annually.
* All other duties as assigned by the Department Manager/Supervisor

Qualifications:

* Knowledge of AS400 and inventory reconciliation are required.  
* Proficient use of a PC in a windows environment (includes Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Printers, AS/400 software).
* Demonstrates commitment to details and follow-up as well as good organizational and record keeping skills.
* Strong attention to detail, deductive reasoning, and strong counting ability.
* Prior experience in Inventory Control/Cycle Counting a plus

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education diploma (GED); Associates Degree or combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.  Regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear.  
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up 
to 50 pounds.
