Job Title: Cybersecurity Lead
Job Location: Camp Humphries, South Korea
Responsibilities:
Trace Systems is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead to join our team in Camp Humpries, South Korea. The Cybersecurity Lead will oversee provisioning and management of all cybersecurity support services for USFK J6.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Lead Computer Security Incident Response Management of the Joint Interoperable Environment (JIE) Information Assurance/Defensive Cyber Operations (IA/DCO) Defense-in-Depth (DID) solutions
* Oversee Risk Management Framework (RMF) and continuous monitoring support for all United States Forces Korea (USFK) classified and unclassified enterprise networks, mission command networks, and information systems
* Develop Cybersecurity, Computer Network Defense, Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Information Security policies and procedures.
* Act as the Information Security Support Officer (ISSO) for USFK Staff personnel, Combined Forces Command (CFC), and USFK J2 DoDIIS and cybersecurity services
* Oversee provisioning of IMO services to the CFC/USFK J6 Mission, CJU-5, and USFK J35.
* Lead team providing overall administration and management of CFC/USFK Cross Domain Solutions.
* Ensure cybersecurity training and certifications for all USFK Command and Staff are up-to-date and compliant with DoD and USFK requirements.
* Oversee Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) team that managed the prevention, detection, analysis, resolution, and reporting of all cyber security incidents.
* Manage a staff of 25+ cybersecurity SMEs
Qualifications:
* An active, in-scope US Government issued Current Secret clearance
* Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
* Technical expertise in desktop, server, and network cybersecurity.
* Subject matter expertise in Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) support
* Ability to demonstrate understanding of and provide consultation on a wide range of technical principles, theories, and complex issues.
* Ability to create technical modeling and measurement techniques and utilize statistics, mathematics, and engineering practices, methods, and techniques.
* Minimum 7 years' experience in cybersecurity program management
* Ability to manage Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP)-Analyst (CSSP-A) and CSSP-Incident Responder (CSSP-IR) roles
* Ability to perform CSSP-Auditor (CSSP-AU) role
* Management certification validating knowledge of underlying technologies for network and systems security operations and cybersecurity.
* Management certification for Information Assurance Technical (IAT)-III or Information Assurance Management (IAM)-III baseline (such as CISSP, CISM, GSLC, or CCISO)
