				Overview:

Digital Products & Services team members are responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle, including knowing what information systems are within their scope of responsibility, understanding what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed on those information systems, enforcing the security principles of least privilege and least functionality, knowing what events may constitute an information security incident, and understanding their role in security incident response activities. As a member of the Cybersecurity Awareness, Education and Training (AET) team you will provide awareness, training, and education to our team members in a meaningful and impactful way to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Novant Health network. Ultimately, you will help reduce the risk to our organization by ensuring team members understand and follow our security requirements and behave in a secure manner. To support these activities, team members analyze security requirements and policies, incidents industry trends, and various metrics to identify educational opportunities. You will then innovate, develop, implement, and monitor and report on educational campaigns for our cybersecurity programs.

Qualifications:

* Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent degree, (Technical Discipline preferred). The equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience substituting each year of education with 1 year of experience (e.g. an Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience) will be acceptable. Specialized certifications (listed below) may be considered as substitute education and experience levels. preferred.
* Experience: 3 years Experience in Awareness and Training required. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096.
* Licensure/Certification: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ISC2 SSCP, or equivalent preferred.
* Additional skills required: 
* Intermediate experience developing executive level presentations and campaigns. 
* Intermediate interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
* Intermediate time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
* Intermediate experience in digital technology, such as audio, video, social media, online communities, blogs, and other web-based technologies.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, MS Project or related applications.
* Intermediate experience independently writing well- structured and persuasive  end products.
* Intermediate ability to contextualize technical metrics/data and create content for healthcare audiences.
* Intermediate ability to communicate in a simple, clear, and concise manner to the various communities within Novant Health.
* Intermediate interpersonal communication skill, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Intermediate technical writing skill.
* Ability to develop productive working relationships with business and technical groups.
* Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities.
* Ability to take direction as well as work with a high degree of independence.
* Ability to work as a member of a team.
* Ability to embody the poise, presence, and personal integrity expected of an industry professional.
* Ability to eagerly to seize responsibility, ownership, and initiative for assigned tasks.
* Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.

* Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred): 
* Experience with ServiceNow.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
* Experience developing and delivering security awareness programs.
* Experience working with common information security standards, such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST, PCI DSS.
* Experience working with IT management frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT.
* Marketing experience.
* Knowledge of website design and web content accessibility.
* Office 365/PowerApps/PowerBi
* Experience in digital technology, such as audio, video, social media, online communities, blogs, and other web-based technologies.
* Knowledge of website design and web content accessibility.
