Job Title: Customer Service Support

Responsibilities:

Provides pre-sales and/or aftermarket sales consulting to benefit Waters customers in areas such as product/service solution,customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair /PMV/ calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration.

Handle Inbound 400 hotline calls and Outbound call for presales and afteramarket sales、Marketing Campaign、application related inquires

Manages and coordinates the end-to-end customer experience (from order to installation) by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, and international compliance requirements related to customer sales contracts and product shipment.

Resolves customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts.

Acts as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as Sales, Logistics and Service Delivery to resolve customer inquiries.

May identify and follow up on business opportunities.

May be responsible for project management of marketing/ sales/ service.

May require ability to read/write in one or more languages.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.

Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required.
