This is an exciting opportunity to become the face of our brand, delivering outstanding service to customers renting vehicles for their travel needs. This is a temporary position starting in the April until October, requiring flexibility with shifts available across seven days a week between 7am and Midnight The number of contracted hours will be 45 per week, but flexibility with working days and times is essential If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a natural flair for building relationships, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face that ensures our customers' rental experience is smooth, efficient, and memorable. From rental to return, you'll: * Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient service using our proven sales and service techniques. * Facilitate the rental process by verifying driver details and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. * Handle customer questions, comments, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, resolving any issues to ensure complete satisfaction. Responsibilities: Resposnbilities: * Key Responsibilities, but not limited: * Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone. * Provide information about available vehicle options, rental rates, and additional services such as insurance coverage and GPS navigation systems. * Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the customer completes and signs all necessary documentation. * Conduct vehicle inspections with customers before and after rental periods, noting any pre-existing damage and explaining the return procedures. * Assist customers with loading and unloading luggage into rental vehicles, ensuring that they are comfortable and familiar with the vehicle's features before departure. * Address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers regarding their rental experience, resolving issues promptly and effectively. * Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance, safety, and security, adhering to all regulatory requirements. * Provide excellent after-sales support, including assisting customers with returning vehicles, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.
