If so, you might just be the perfect fit for our team! We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Paltz, NY! Position: Customer Service Representative Location: New Paltz, NY Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Coordinate with sales, design, production, accounting and external suppliers to address packaging needs, quotes, and orders * Craft detailed Specs based on feedback from the sales and the customer * Generate accurate quotes for customers, considering package usage & type, dimensions, production method, and time to produce * Deliver formal quotes to customers and sales reps via email * Process customer purchase orders with precision * Maintain customer accounts, including shipping locations and special requirements * Conduct thorough reviews of your work and that of your peers to ensure accuracy Qualifications: Who we're looking for: * Ideally, you'll have previous experience in business-to-business, customer service, Sales Support or spec building.
