Job Type: Full time / On-site 
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm 
Salary: $19 - $21 / hour. 
Location: Wiscasset, ME.

Cunningham Security, a growing family on business since 1983, that offers customizable and unique commercial and residential security solutions, is seeking an experienced customer service professional.    

Job Summary:  
Customer service representatives are the voice of the business. You'll be interacting with customers on a wide range of troubleshooting and customer support issues. This is a position where you will always be learning and growing. It can be both fun and challenging, but no two days will be the same. The ideal candidate will feel a sense of reward assisting clients day-to-day, with this critical life safety devices. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, monitoring and responding to customer emails in a timely manner and researching/answering customer inquiries.  
  
What You'll Do: 
* Answer incoming customer calls for a customer base of 12k+ 
* Follow up with customers as needed. 
* Review daily alarm activity reports. 
* Basic alarm system troubleshooting. 

 What You'll Need: 
* High School diploma or equivalent. 
* High attention to detail. 
* Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly throughout the day without losing details. 
* A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential. 
* Ability to develop solutions for customers through phone/email communications. 
* Customer service experience. Phone experience is a plus. 
* Microsoft suite experience and ability to learn our CRM System.
