Overview:
English:
Reporting to the Associate Manager, Customer Service, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible to perform customer and administrative duties for individuals and departments within the office.

Responsibilities:
English:
* Provides professional customer service to local business accounts
* Maintains close coordination with sales, marketing, finance, factories, logistic and customers, etc.
* Responsible for customer service and administrative support to the sales functions including answering customer inquiries, handle complaints and order processing
* Ensures timely and accurate order processing, delivery schedule and product shipment, including Order backlog management
* Handles return orders and claims
* Prepares business reports for internal and external customers
* Assists in ad-hoc assignments as required
Japanese:
* 法人顧客に対してプロフェッショナルなカスタマーサービスを提供する
* 営業、マーケティング、ファイナンス、倉庫、ロジスティックス、顧客などと連携を取る
* 顧客からの問い合わせへの対応、苦情処理、受注処理など、営業機能に対するカスタマーサービスおよび管理サポートを担当する
* 受注処理、納期、製品出荷をタイムリーかつ正確に実行する
* 返品注文およびクレームの対応
* 内部および外部の顧客向けにビジネスレポートを作成する
* 売上げ達成の補助
* 必要に応じて臨時の業務を補助する
Qualifications:
English:
* Degree preferably in Business Studies or related subject
* Minimum 3 years of customer service and logistics experience in the manufacturing or trading field
* Good interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken Japanese, intermediate level in written and spoken English
* Strong customer service skills with good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, good analytical skill, the ability to work independently and act according to circumstances
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
* Honest, punctual, self-motivated
* Proficient in windows application such as MS Office, Excel, including Pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas, for example query functions
* Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred
* Experience working in Global/Multinational environment is preferred
* Experience with Salesforce or Tableau is a plus
Japanese:

* MS Office、Excel(ピボットテーブル、グラフ、高度な数式、Query関数を含む)などのWindowsアプリケーションに精通していること。
* ERPシステムの使用経験(SAP経験者歓迎)
* グローバル/多国籍環境での業務経験(尚可)
* SalesforceやTableauの使用経験(尚可)
