Responsibilities:

1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
3. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
4. Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input
5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
6. Record comprehensive details of each conversation in our contact center database
7. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
8. Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
9. Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
10. Keeps current with market trends and demands.
11. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
12. May be required to work overtime as assigned.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

* 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, computer skills, and time management skills.
* Able to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences.
* Resourcefulness and flexibility.
* Able to self-manage and work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.

Additional Requirements:

* Require an internet speed test before offer. Must meet 30mb download and 2mb upload.
