As the Customer Service Representative l, your role will be vital in advising our customers with an outstanding experience, addressing their queries promptly, and resolving issues efficiently. This position will sit in our Regional Distribution Center in Wheeling, IL!
Responsibilities:
* Receive and verify customer returns.
* SAP/S4 data entry of incoming products for repair.
* Responsible for the accuracy of data entered in SAP/S4
* Process incoming Return for Credit.
* Putting stock away in proper locations.
* Properly package and prepare parts orders for shipment.
* Verify product, condition and processing of all outgoing repairs
* Processing outgoing packages using SHIPERP/ (UPS world ship meter).
* Perform cycle counting of parts.
* Assist in Associate training.
* Follow good housekeeping and safety practices
* Other duties as required
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of college or 2 years related experience in Customer Service.
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
* Enjoys working with people in a team environment.
* Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures to assigned tasks.
* Ability to follow established procedures on routine work; requiring detailed instructions only on new assignments.
* Good computer skills, preferably in Windows environment.
* Excellent math skills.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry's top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $60,000. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
