Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for Junior Computer User Support Specialist for our US Coast Guard program. This position is located in ST. Louis, MO and will be a hybrid remote location. Responsibilities: * Receives, comprehends, provides, and responds to routine informational inquiries and service requests through the use of various communication technologies including but not limited to telephones, e-mail, facsimile, postal mail, and the Internet. Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience * High school diploma with 2 years (or commensurate experience) * Clearance Required: Must be clearable up to an active Secret clearance Preferred Skills and Experience
