				Overview:

Selux is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team, comprised of Customer Service, Quotes and Project Management. The ideal candidate will have strong process orientation, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and mentoring your team to achieve their targets.

Schedule is Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 5 pm, Friday 7:30 am - 11:30 am.  

Paid time off and full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k w match.

Salary range $80,000 - $100,000/year

Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership: Manage a team of Customer Service representatives, including training, mentoring, recruitment. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance and support to meet individual and team goals.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Oversee daily Customer Service operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues related to lighting products.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product line and industry trends to effectively support customers and provide solutions.
* Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Production, Lighting Solutions, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
* Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance metrics for senior management. Identify trends and recommend strategic improvements. Coordinates regular team meetings and measures team KPIs. 

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales and/or Customer Service preferred.
* Lighting industry knowledge preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Knowledge of lighting products and industry standards is a plus.
