We're hiring In-Store Brand Ambassadors to deliver exciting product sampling experiences and promotions across leading supermarkets and retail locations and we have an opening in Banbury. This is the perfect role if you're looking to move away from traditional hospitality or retail hours but still want a people-focused job where your customer service skills shine. What you'll be doing: * Welcome customers in-store and offer them food and drink samples in a warm, engaging way * Share product benefits confidently and accurately - just like you would with a menu or a retail product * Represent top brands with energy, enthusiasm, and a service-first mindset * Create memorable customer interactions that drive awareness and sales Why people with Hospitality or Retail experience love this role: * Better Work-Life Balance No late-night bar shifts or long retail weekends unless you choose them, shifts are Thursdays to Sundays 10:30am - 3:30pm or 12 - 5pm. Pick your own schedule in advance with our Zero Hour Contract. * Great Pay and Extras Earn 14.34 per hour (includes holiday pay) plus access to performance-based incentives like top-seller rewards, vouchers, and hampers. * Keep the Buzz Without the Burnout Stay in a fast-paced, people-facing environment - without the stress of tills, table numbers, or long queues. * No Experience in Sampling? No Problem We provide full training, including a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and on-the-job coaching.
